PRE-ORDER FAST FACTS

  • Your orders will be custom-created and made just for YOU. This ensures that you are able to order every single item you are interested in!
  • Pre-order items should not be combined with items that are currently in stock! If you combine pre-order items and items that are currently available, ALL items will ship together at the end of that 10-12 week period!
  • If there are any items that are still available that you want NOW - we recommend ordering those items in a separate order so it can ship ASAP. Otherwise, it will ship when the pre-order items arrive.
  • All items are custom made-to-order and will require a new round of manufacturing. These items will not ship to you for 10-12 weeks. Due to the custom nature of these pieces, all pre-orders are final sale and do not qualify for returns.
  • Our current estimated delivery prediction is early February. Our last pre-order shipped out in just 8 weeks - but we want to give you this larger window in case things go wrong.
  • Please know that our team will send you frequent email updates about your order's manufacturing timeline over the pre-order period.

 

HOW IT WORKS

You will place an order under the "pre-order" tab on our site. The checkout process runs just like normal orders. At the end of the pre-order period, we will send all orders to our manufacturing team. Your orders will be custom-created and made just for YOU. This ensures that you are able to get every single item you are interested in! Your custom orders will take about 8 weeks to manufacture, two weeks to ship to our HQ, and another week to arrive to you. This puts the pre-order timeline at about 10-12 weeks. AKA, you order NOW and your Liaison Layered pieces will arrive in 10-12 weeks!

 

CAN I UPDATE THE ADDRESS ON MY PRE-ORDER

Yes, please email support@liaisonlabel.com ASAP and include your order number and updated shipping address.
