Can I make exchanges or returns on non-sale items?

ALL LIAISON X SYDNEY ADAMS COLLECTION PIECES ORDERED AT FULL PRICE CAN BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

RETURNED/EXCHANGED ITEMS CAN BE SENT AS SOON AS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPLIES TO YOUR INQUIRY, BUT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL AFTER JANUARY 4TH, 2024.

You have 10 days after USPS' marked delivery date to request a return. You can request a return by contacting support@liaisonlabel.com with your full name, order number and include all details about your return request. If you want to make a return or exchange, please understand that you will be responsible for any shipping fees associated returning the item.

 

 

ALL SWIM SUITS ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE! WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR ANY SWIM SUITS. The Signature Cover-Up can be returned if needed, but for hygiene reasons, all LIAISON SWIM SUITS are final sale.

For non-sale items/non-Liaison x Sydney Adams items, you have 10 days after receiving your order to request a return. To request a return, please email support@liaisonlabel.com with your full name and order number. Any products returned damaged will not receive a refund. Damages include but are not limited to: pet hair, smoke scent, make-up/self-tan stains, deodorant marks, and any other obvious signs of wear. We do not offer free returns or refunds for the cost of shipping a return. We are not currently offering exchanges.
